At MyMoodRx™, every product is handcrafted with intention, care, and purpose. We appreciate your patience as we pour energy into every candle, mist, balm, and ritual tool we send your way.


🔥 Processing Time

All of our products are made-to-order and require up to 48 hours to fully set and cure before they are ready to ship.

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


📦 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.

🕯️ Handcrafted Product Timeline

Because our candles and mood care products are made in small batches, we do not mass produce or stockpile. Each item is poured fresh, allowed to set, inspected, packaged, and then shipped with intention. This ensures:

  • Maximum scent performance and shelf life

  • Freshness and safety during transit

  • A true mood-shifting experience when it arrives


🌍 Domestic U.S. Shipping Only

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding internationally in the near future.


🚫 Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before checking out. MyMoodRx™ is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).


💌 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.


💔 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@mymoodrx.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
