🕯️ Calm AF Ritual – “The Nervous System Reset”

Mood Purpose: Stress Relief & Nervous System Regulation

Core Oils: Lavender, Vetiver, Chamomile

🌬️ How to Practice

Choose this candle when your mind feels loud, your breath feels shallow, or your nervous system is begging for stillness.

  1. Set Your Space
    Clear distractions. Dim the lights. Let silence or soft ambient music hold the moment.
  2. Light Your Calm AF Candle
    Watch the flame flicker — a mirror of your breath waiting to steady.
  3. Ground Your Body
    Sit comfortably. Place one hand on your chest, the other on your stomach.
    Feel your breath move through both.
  4. Breathe Intentionally
    Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 counts,
    Hold gently for 2,
    Exhale through your mouth for 6 — longer than you inhaled.
    (Repeat 3–5 times.)
  5. Reflect or Journal
    Between breaths, write or whisper:

    ✦ “Where does my body feel overloaded?”

    ✦ “What can I clear from my space or schedule?”

    ✦ “What does healing feel like today?”
  6. Release & Reset
    Let the scent of lavender, vetiver, and chamomile travel through your breath
    cooling, slowing, grounding.
